It is 2:39 am and I am in my hotel room typing away.  I am writing my ideas and strategies for the next week along with some time sensitive information, but my computers freezes and I loose hours of work that I wrote because today for some reason I wasn’t saving every five minutes.  This moment is a defining moment for me because my stress level is at an all time high and while it is my fault for not saving I can’t turn the clock back now.

 

Everyone has had a stressful moment or time and we all deal with stress in a different way.  If you have had an incident like me use a labyrinth to release stress and get you in the right mind frame. 

 

At its most basic level the labyrinth is a metaphor for the path to the center of your deepest self and back out into the world with a broadened understanding of who you are but it will allow you to get the calmness and energy to feel refreshed!
